| 对中速磨煤机气固两相流动特性研究进展进行总结,进而指出已有研究存在采用数值模拟方法时对磨煤机内部流域的建模简化过多的问题。为考量流域简化带来的数值模拟误差,针对磨煤机内部完整流域以及磨煤机上部与下部流域分别开展气固两相流动数值模拟,并对模拟结果进行对比分析。结果表明,仅考虑磨煤机上部区域得到的气固两相流动特性存在较大的误差;仅考虑磨煤机下部区域,折向装置以下的气相场结果较为准确,颗粒轨迹更为分散。因此,在数值模拟研究中,特别是针对分离器流场及分离特性开展研究时,应尽可能考虑磨煤机内部完整流域,以提高模拟预测的可靠性。 |

| The research progress on gas-solid biphase flow characteristics in medium-speed coal pulverizers was summarized. The existing problem concerning the oversimplification of internal flow domain in the coal pulverizer has been pointed out in the numerical simulation. To evaluate the errors caused by the simplification of flow domain, the numerical simulation of gas-solid biphase flow was conducted in the complete flow domain of coal pulverizer as well as its upper and lower flow domain. The comparative analysis of simulation results was subsequently performed. Results show that the big error of gas-solid biphase flow characteristics exists by only considering the upper region of coal pulverizer. When only considering the lower part of coal pulverizer, the gas phase field below the deflector shows relatively accurate with relatively dispersed particle trajectories. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the complete flow domain in the coal pulverizer to improve the prediction reliability in the numerical simulation, particularly when attention is paid to the flow field and separation performance of pulverizer separator. |
