| 对四轮驱动车辆侧向动力学性能进行了研究,设计了一款具有前、后桥转矩分配及左、右后轮转矩传递功能的四轮转矩主动分配系统.与基于制动力分配的车辆稳定系统不同,转矩主动分配系统可在不影响车辆纵向动力学性能的前提下提升车辆转向时的稳定性.同时,转矩主动分配系统介入时不会使驾驶员因感到车辆动态突变而产生误操作,从而进一步提升车辆稳定性.设计了控制器并采集车辆状态信息,控制前、后桥转矩分配比例及左、右后轮间的转矩传递量.为了进一步验证转矩主动分配系统的有效性,根据Buckingham Pi定理设计制作了比例模型车并进行了试验.试验结果表明,与配有全开放式差速器的普通四轮驱动车辆相比,配备转矩主动分配系统的车辆具有更好的转向特性及侧向动力学性能. |

| The lateral dynamics of an all-wheeldrive(AWD) vehicle during cornering was studied in this paper.And a new torque vectoring(TV) system which can distribute engine torque to the front and rear axles as well as transmit the torque between the two rear wheels was developed.Unlike the brake-based control system such as the electronic stability control(ESC),the TV system can improve the cornering stability of the vehicle without interfering with the vehicle longitudinal dynamics.At the same time,this system makes the driver feel smooth and consistent.According to the vehicle dynamics,a controller is designed to allocate the torque to each wheel.In order to validate the effectiveness of this system,the road test has been conducted on a scaled vehicle which is built according to the Buckingham Pi theory.Comparing with a conventional AWD vehicle with the open differentials,the vehicle with TV system has better understeer characteristics and the maximum increase of the lateral acceleration level. |
