| 主要针对某电厂采用尿素热解制氨工艺中出现的热解炉堵塞结垢的原因进行分析,并提出了解决方法。通过对热解室内沉积物成分进行分析,可以推断热解室下部锥管段堵塞是由尿素未完全分解产生中间聚合物造成的。为了防止尿素在热解室内生成中间聚合物造成堵塞,需要适当提高热解室顶部引入的高温热空气温度,使热解室内各部位温度保持在360 ℃以上,尤其是喷嘴和热解室下部出口段温度较低的部位。研究可为其它电厂脱硝系统运行提供参考。 |

| The aim of this work is to analyze the causes of pyrolysis furnaces scaling and blocking in urea pyrolysis process for ammonia preparation,and discuss the effective measures to solve this problem.Through analysis of the pyrolysis chamber deposits,it can be inferred that blockage of the lower cone pipe of pyrolysis chamber is due to incomplete decomposition of urea intermediate polymer.It is necessary to raise the temperature of hot air in the top pyrolysis chamber to prevent the urea generating intermediate polymer.So the temperature of each part in pyrolysis chamber should be kept at above 360℃,especially the nozzles and the outlet of pyrolysis chamber where temperature is lower.It provides a good reference and precaution for the denitrafication system operation in other power plants. |
