| 通过宏观特征、化学成分、力学性能分析，以及金相检验、硬度检测和电镜观察等技术手段，对捕渣屏水冷壁管爆管和断管失效原因进行分析。结果表明，锅炉炉顶落焦导致管道韧性断裂，产生断口。断口管与爆口管为同一水冷壁壁管，由于断口处工质泄漏，管道中的介质流量减少，导致管壁温度迅速上升，材料性能急剧下降，最终发生爆管。建议电厂在运行期间控制结焦，在检修期间加强对泄漏部位和水冷壁外敷设的耐热材料的检查，并及时修复脱落的耐热材料。 |

| The causes of tube burst and fracture failure in the slag screen membrane water wall tubes were analyzed by macroscopic characteristics, mechanical properties, metallographic examination, hardness testing, electron microscope observation and so on. The findings indicate that the drop-out of coke from the top of boiler casues the ductile fracture of tube along with the formation of fracture. Both the fracture and burst tubes are from the same membrane water wall tubes. The leakage of working fluid at the fracture reduces its flow rate, causing a rapid increase of tube wall temperature and a sharp decline in material performance. Ultimately the tube burst occurs. Several suggestions have been made including coking control in the power plants during operation, massive inspection of leakage and external heat-resistant materials of membrane water wall during maintenance, and repair of drop-out heat-resistant materials. |
