      为提高海洋石油平台溢油在线监测预警的准确性和及时性,有效预防和应对溢油事故,利用物联网技术,提出了一种全新的海洋石油平台溢油在线监测预警方法。首先,基于物联网技术,实时监测海洋石油平台的动态变化,及时发现任何潜在的溢油迹象;其次,根据监测结果,估算溢油量;然后,评估溢油风险,设定溢油预警等级并制定相应的预警响应措施。实验结果表明,所提出的方法在投入应用后,溢油预警准确率达到99%以上,具有较高的可靠性和有效性,能够更准确地监测预警海洋石油平台是否存在溢油隐患。

      To enhance the precision and promptness of online oil spill monitoring and alerts on offshore oil platforms, and to effectively avert and address oil spill incidents, a novel online monitoring and alerting methodology for oil spills on offshore platforms was introduced, utilizing internet of things (IoT) technology. Initially, leveraging IoT technology, the dynamic fluctuations of oceanic platforms and any potential indicators of oil spills are monitored in real-time. Subsequently, the volume of oil spills is appraised based on the monitoring outcomes. Subsequently, after assessing the oil spill risk, warning levels are established, and corresponding response strategies are formulated. The results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves an oil spill warning accuracy exceeding 99%, characterized by high reliability and efficacy, enabling more precise monitoring and warning of potential oil spill risks on offshore platforms.
