为研究新型阻抗复合式消声器的消声性能和空气动力性能,运用COMSOL Multiphysics多物理场有限元软件模拟消声器内部声场和流场,对消声特性进行仿真模拟。在此基础上,分析了8种消声器的压力损失和插入损失,比较了不同消声器的消声性能。结果表明:新型阻抗复合式消声器在低、中、高频下均有良好的消声效果;在频率为0 ~ 500 Hz时消声效果更好,插入损失相较于其他类型消声器的约增大175% ~ 2 000%。 |

To investigate the muffling performance and aerodynamic performance of a novel impedance hybrid muffler, COMSOL Multiphysics finite element analysis was employed to simulate the internal acoustic field, flow field and noise attenuation characteristics of the muffler. The pressure loss and insertion loss of eight mufflers were further analyzed, and the muffling performance was compared. The results show that the proposed impedance hybrid muffler achieves superior muffling effect under low, medium, and high frequency,with particularly outstanding performance at 0~500 Hz where its insertion loss increases by 175% to 2 000% compared with that of other types of mufflers |
