      参考某品牌汽车乘客舱通风座椅参数,建立了座椅物理模型,设计了一种通风流道布置形式,并对所构想的通风座椅物理模型进行数学建模与模拟计算,得到了3种流量下压力场与速度场的变化规律。采用数值模拟方法,预测了冷空气在座椅流道内的流动,并在不同工况下对座椅通风流道流场进行数值计算,分析了多孔座板出气孔表面的速度和压力分布。结果表明:通风座椅表面端口气流速度分布均匀,压力分布合理,无明显高压区。该座椅配合冷却风扇具有良好的通风效果,可有效提高人体热舒适性。
英文摘要:
      By referring to the parameters of ventilated seat in a car cockpit, a physical model of this seat was established. A layout of ventilation channels was designed. Mathematical modeling and simulation calculation on the proposed physical model of ventilated seat were conducted. The changes of pressure and velocity fields at three flow rates were obtained. The flow of cold air in the channels of seat was predicted using numerical simulation method. The flow field of ventilation channels in the seat was numerically calculated under different operating conditions. The outlet velocity and pressure distribution on the surface of porous seat plate was analyzed. Results indicate that the uniform airflow velocity distribution and reasonable pressure distribution on the surface of ventilated seat are achieved. No obvious high-pressure zone is existed. Combining with a cooling fan, this seat has good ventilation effect and can effectively improve the thermal comfort of human body.
