| 针对黄磷行业尾气利用现状,为促进中小规模黄磷企业可持续利用黄磷尾气资源,提出了一种低成本净化利用黄磷尾气发电技术,并在小试装置上进行了实验研究。通过调节尾气流量、氢氧化钠质量浓度及次氯酸钠有效氯质量浓度等参数,监测相应条件下的净化效果。实验发现,次氯酸钠有效氯质量浓度是影响黄磷尾气净化效果的主要因素,其最佳质量浓度为8 g·L−1;尾气流量对次氯酸钠洗和碱洗效果均有影响,且洗涤效果与尾气流量成反比。实验验证了适合内燃机发电的黄磷尾气压力范围为3~6 kPa,最佳压力为5 kPa。 |

| The state-of-art of tail gas utilization in yellow phosphorus industry was introduced. For the sustainable utilization of yellow phosphorus tail gas by small and medium-sized yellow phosphorus enterprises, a low-cost purification technology of yellow phosphorus tail gas for further power generation was proposed. And the experiments were carried out in a bench-scale experimental setup. Influence of tail gas flow rate, sodium hydroxide concentration, effective chlorine concentration of sodium hypochlorite on the purification performance of tail gas was examined. Results show that the effective chlorine concentration of sodium hypochlorite dominated the purification performance of yellow phosphorus tail gas, and its optimal mass concentration of 8 g·L−1 was achieved. The tail gas flow rate affected its washing by sodium hypochlorite and base. And their washing effect was inversely proportional to the tail gas flow rate. The suitable pressure of yellow phosphorus tail gas for internal combustion engine power generation was verified at 3~6 kPa, and the optimum pressure of 5 kPa was obtained. |
