针对V型蒸汽球阀流激振动噪声问题,采用声振耦合的联合仿真方法,研究其阀口型线对阀内流场结构及阀体管道辐射噪声的影响规律。结果表明,在阀内流场方面,改型后Type A型阀芯的流量特性相较于原Type B型阀芯的有所改善,流通性能得到提高;同时,改型后阀内蒸汽流速从310 m/s升至320 m/s,且流速更加均匀。在阀体管道辐射噪声方面,3种蒸汽球阀的声压级分布云图均关于管道呈对称分布,且辐射噪声频谱均呈宽频特性;而在特征峰值上,Type A型阀芯的声压级为76.70 dB,相较于Type B型阀芯的降低了8.43 dB。研究结果表明通过改变阀口型线参数实现降噪处理的方案是可行的。 |

Aiming at the problem of flow induced vibration and noise of V-type steam ball valves, a coupled acoustic-vibration simulation method was used to study the influence of valve port profile on the flow field structure in the valve and the noise radiated from the valve body and pipeline. The numerical results show that, in terms of flow field inside the valve, the modified Type A spool has improved flow characteristics compared to the original Type B model, with enhanced flow performance. Meanwhile, the flow velocity in the valve increases from 310 m/s to 320 m/s after modification, with more uniform steam flow distribution. Concerning noise radiated from valve bodies and pipelines, the sound pressure level distribution contours of all three steam ball valves exhibit symmetrical distribution along the pipeline, with broadband characteristics in their noise spectra. At the characteristic peak value, the sound pressure level of Type A spool is 76.70 dB, which is 8.43 dB lower than that of Type B. The findings demonstrate that optimizing the valve port profile parameters is a feasible approach for noise reduction. |
