| 内蒙古自治区为切实提升危险废物环境监管能力、利用处置能力和环境风险防范能力，有效防范小微企业危险废物环境风险，对小微企业提出环境管理要求，使小微企业在危险废物规范化收集、利用、处置方面取得了一定成效，但仍存在小微企业规范化管理水平不足、危险废物规范性管理成本高等薄弱环节。针对这些问题及困难，借鉴国内相关经验，并结合内蒙古自治区实际情况，提出了提高小微企业规范化管理水平、统筹布局小微企业危险废物收集试点、加强小微企业环境管理能力、做好宣传和公众监督等4个方面建议，可为内蒙古自治区进一步提高小微企业危险废物环境管理水平提供支撑。 |

| Several environmental management requirements of hazardous wastes for small and micro businesses have been raised by Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to effectively improve the environmental supervision ability, utilization and disposal ability, environmental risk prevention ability, which can effectively prevent the environmental risks of hazardous wastes from small and micro businesses. Some achievements have been gained in the standardized collection, utilization, and disposal of hazardous wastes. But there still exist some weakness such as the lack of standardized management level, high cost of standardized management of hazardous wastes. By analyzing the existing problems and difficulties, referring to the relevant domestic experience, and combining the actual situation of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, four suggestions to small and micro businesses on the improvement of standardized management level, overall layout of hazardous wastes collection pilot, enhancement of environmental management capacity, and better publicity and public supervision have been put forward in this paper. It can provide the support for small and micro businesses in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to further improve the level of hazardous wastes environmental management. |
