      跨区域乃至跨国范围内的电网互联是世界能源发展的必由之路。我国新疆地区可再生能源储备丰富,毗邻中亚各国且与邻国互联互通潜力巨大。首先,概述了我国对于跨国电力互联互通的相关政策;然后,介绍了新疆、中亚五国及巴基斯坦的电网现状及电力供应情况,并从发电资源及负荷互补特性方面分析了跨国电力互联的优势;最后,从技术支撑及实践依据角度分析了新疆、中亚五国及巴基斯坦互联互通的可行性。为推动和落实我国“一带一路”跨国电力互联的发展建设提供了理论依据。
英文摘要:
      Inter-regional and even transnational grid interconnection is necessary for energy development in the world. Xinjiang, which is rich in renewable energy resources, is adjacent to countries in Central Asia and has great potential for interconnection with neighbors. Firstly, relevant policies for transnational power interconnection in China is outlined. Secondly, the power supply and status of power grid in Xinjiang, Pakistan and five Central Asian countries are introduced. The advantages of multinational power interconnection in view of the power supply and load complementation are analyzed. Finally, the feasibility of interconnection among Xinjiang, Pakistan, and five Central Asian countries is analyzed from the perspectives of technical support and practical basis, which can provide a theoretical basis for promoting and implementing Chinese “The Belt and Road” power transnational interconnection development and construction.
