| 针对掺烧市政、印染污泥流化床锅炉污泥给料系统易堵塞的设计难点，提出了一套污泥给料系统及配风系统。该系统配置单独的污泥输送皮带，采用圆柱形污泥炉前仓，储量约为2 h污泥焚烧量，污泥仓下部出口对接旋转刮刀式污泥清堵装置；污泥给料机采用螺旋输送机，污泥落料管的播料风、送料风均接自一次热风。该系统已在某工程中应用，投运后运行良好。 |

| Aiming at the difficulty in blocking of feeding system in the circulating fluidized bed (CFB) for co-incineration of municipal sludge or dyeing sludge, the reliable sludge feeding system and air distribution system were proposed. The feeding system contained an independent sludge belt conveyor and a cylinder bunker with 2-hour incinerated sludge volume. The outlet of the bunker was connected to a blockage cleaning apparatus equipped with rotating blades. The screw conveyor was used for feeding sludge. The hot primary air was used for feeding and supply of the sludge in the blanking tube. The proposed systems have been adopted in some projects with good performance. |
