      针对角管式锅炉水循环系统的特点提出了其水动力计算方法,并对锅炉预分离系统的汽水分离特性进行数值模拟。利用水动力计算与数值模拟相结合的方法,分析循环回路高度、锅筒压力以及再循环管布置与否对角管式锅炉水动力特性的影响。锅炉预分离系统数值模拟结果表明,随着压力的升高,蒸汽向上携带液滴的能力降低,再循环管带汽逐渐减少,预分离系统内汽水分离效果改善。根据模拟结果,对锅炉进行水动力计算,结果表明:若炉膛吸热量不变,循环高度一定,随着压力的升高,循环倍率先增大后减小;若炉膛吸热量相同,运行压力也相同,随着循环回路高度提高,循环倍率增大;若锅炉不设再循环管,随着压力的升高,其循环倍率不断减小;相较于带有再循环管的情况,当压力较低时,其循环倍率较高,当压力大于5.8 MPa,其循环倍率小于带有再循环管时的循环倍率。

      According to the characteristics of water circulation system in the corner-tube boiler, its hydrodynamic calculation method was proposed and numerical simulation of its pre-separation system was conducted. The effect of circulation loop height, pot pressure and recycling pipe arrangement on its hydrodynamic characteristics was analyzed by the combination of hydrodynamic calculation and numerical simulation. The results from the simulation of pre-separation system showed that as the pressure increased, the ability of liquid drop entrainment in the steam reduced, the steam volume in the recycling pipe reduced, the water-steam separation performance in the pre-separation system became better. The hydrodynamic calculation according to the simulation results indicated that as the pressure rose, the circulation ratio increased firstly and then decreased under the conditions of constant furnace heat adsorption and fixed circulation loop height. The circulation ratio of boiler without recycling pipe decreased as the pressure went up. Compared with the boiler with recycling pipe, its circulation ratio was higher at low pressure. When the pressure was higher than 5.8 MPa, its circulation ratio was lower than that with recycling pipe.
