| The power purchase agreement (PPA) is the most important agreement document required by the project financing for power plant project. In this paper, taking the PPA document dominating in Indonesia as an example, mechanism design of electricity tariff payment as the substantive term was analyzed. The calculation method and influential factors of two-part grid purchase price for capacity payment and energy payment was described to better understand the principle of “Take or Pay”. |
