| 锅炉产业节能减排空间巨大,急需加强监督管理,推动产业绿色可持续发展。比较了国内工业锅炉和电站锅炉发展样板、国外锅炉“智造”产业和燃烧器发展前沿,同时对我国工业锅炉贸易国际竞争力进行了分析。调查了浙江省锅炉产业节能减排工作开展现状,分析了主要存在问题。研究了法律标准引导力、新技术成熟推动力、企业技改内生动力、政府考核约束力等节能减排要素对锅炉产业的影响。提出了企业人才导向、创新驱动、“智能制造”、地方标准制订、核心技术攻关、综合服务转型、“互联网+”应用等有关浙江省锅炉产业节能减排及转型发展的政策建议。 |

| Huge potential of energy saving and emission reduction exists for the boiler industry, which requires strengthening the supervision urgently to promote the industry development sustainably. The comparison of the domestic development model between industrial boiler and utility boiler as well as the development frontier of intelligent manufacture and burner industry in foreign countries was performed. The international competitiveness of our industrial boiler trade was analyzed. The current status of energy saving and emission reduction of boiler industry in Zhejiang province was surveyed and its main problems were analyzed. The effect of the factors concerning energy saving and emission reduction including the leading-force of law and standard, the driving-force of mature technology, the endogenous-force of the enterprise technological transformation, the restraining-force of government performance, etc. on the boiler industry was investigated. The policy suggestions of energy saving and emission reduction on the boiler industry in Zhejiang province such as enterprise talent orientation, innovative driving, intelligent manufacturing, local standard formulation and revision, core technology tackling, integrated service transformation, internet plus application were put forward. |
