| 将兰炭作为原煤的替代品可实现煤炭的清洁利用,是符合我国国情、防治大气污染、治理雾霾、改善环境质量的重要举措。神木兰炭的着火性能和燃尽性能明显优于无烟煤,低于原煤,而其结渣性能、灰熔融性能与原煤相比没有明显变化。可以通过简单的方法将燃煤锅炉改造成燃兰炭锅炉,以提高锅炉的出力,达到节能的效果。建议应重点研究兰炭的生产工艺,注重兰炭生产地的污染治理,避免恶化兰炭生产地的生态环境。 |

| Clean utilization of coal can be achieved by substituting blue-coke for raw coal, which can meet our national conditions, prevention of air pollution, tackling of smog, and improvement of environmental quality. The ignition property and burnout behavior of Shenmu blue-coke are superior to those of anthracite but worse than those of its corresponding original coal. There are no significant changes in slagging characteristics, ash fusibility, comparing with original coal. The coal-fired boiler can be transformed to blue-coke fired boiler using simple methods to improve its output and save energy. The suggestions can be given that the research focus should be put on the preparation process of blue-coke and pollution control to avoid worsening the local eco-environment. |
