| In order to meet the requirements of the pollutants emission in the boiler island,the reduction of the boiler island system investment and the operation cost,and the improvement of the operation reliability rate,the optimization design of circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler based on fluidization state reconstruction was conducted by the control of the furnace temperature,the reduction of the bed material size,the optimization of the bed material quality,the increase of the circulation flow rate,the expansion of the oxygen-poor zone,the inhibition of the NO and SO2 formation,the improvement of the local CO concentration,and the increase of sulfur fixation rate by CaO.The actual operation results showed that the initial emissions of NOx and SOx in the flue gas of CFB boiler was less than or close to the ultra-low emission of the boiler island. |
