| 采用实验的方法,以空气和甲烷为反应气体,研究了活性物质分布对镍基载氧体固定床化学链燃烧的影响.实验结果表明:气体流量会同时对温升和反应速率产生影响,其中对反应速率影响更大,流量越大,反应速率越大,温升越大;半活性颗粒对应的反应器轴心处各点最大温升大于全活性颗粒对应的轴心处各点最大温升;相同条件下全活性颗粒的反应速率略大于半活性颗粒.研究结果表明,半活性颗粒更有利于活性物质反应完全,其反应特性更优. |

| Influence of active substance distribution in structured particles for methane chemical-looping combustion in a packed bed reactor with nickel oxide as oxygen carrier was studied.Experimental results showed that the flow rate affected both temperature and reaction rate.Higher flow rate implies higher reaction rate and temperature.The highest temperature along the axis for half active substance coating structured particlesis higher than that for full active substance coating ones.The reaction rate of the latter ones is slightly higher than that of the former ones.The results showed that the structured particles with half coating active substances were helpful to reacting completely and thus better reaction characteristics could be achieved. |
