| 核电站接地和防雷系统对核电站的安全运行起着十分重要的作用,也直接关系到厂内工作人员的人身安全和各种电气设备的安全与正常运行。核电站接地主要应用铜电缆作为接地材料,铜缆与铜缆或其他接地部件之间的连接全部采用放热焊接。参考放热焊接原理,结合施工过程中出现的虚焊、脱焊、接地盘施工不平整等质量问题,从质量管理“人、机、料、法、环”五要素的角度,对接地施工全过程产生问题的根本原因进行分析;按照质量问题分析结果,针对不同类型的问题,采取相应的技术改进措施后,质量问题大幅减少。技术改进措施取得了良好效果,并在核电项目建设中取得了显著的经济效益。 |

| Grounding and lightning protection system in the nuclear power plant played an important role in safe operation.It related to the staff safety and the normal operation of electrical equipment.Copper cables were the main grounding materials.The exothermic welding was used for the joint between copper and copper or the other grounding components.According to the principles of exothermic welding and the problems including insufficient welding,sealing-off and so on,the root cause of quality problems was found in terms of the influence factors,such as man,machine,material,method,and environment.The quality problems were reduced significantly by taking some measures of technical improvement.Good results have been achieved.Better economic benefits have been gained in nuclear power plant construction. |
