| 为保证空调器的产品质量及规范空调器市场服务,依据GB/T 7725-2004,并参照日本JIS 8615-1999标准,以及与某公司技术协议的相关要求,研制了一套7.5 kW空调器实验室.该实验室采用了空气焓差法进行测试.传统焓差实验室制冷机组通常使用HCFCs类工质R22.基于节能环保的要求,该实验室的制冷机组以制冷剂R404A替代了R22.为了验证实验室的测试能力,分别进行了极限低温工况、极限高温工况、极限湿度工况及工况调整速度实验.实验结果表明,该实验室可满足对空调器性能的测试要求. |

| Based on air enthalpy-difference,an air-conditioner laboratory with the largest capacity of 3HP was designed and established according to GB/T 7725-2004,JIS 8615-1999 and the technical requirements from the company to ensure the product quality and market service of room air-conditioners.R22,belonging to HCFCs was usually used in the refrigeration unit of traditional air-condition laboratory.It was replaced by R404A in the refrigeration unit of the laboratory in this system for energy saving and environment protection.Experiments including extreme low temperature,extreme high temperature,extreme high humidity and operating condition adjustment speed were also conducted to check the ability of this laboratory.The experimental results indicated that the laboratory could meet the test requirements of air-conditioners' performance. |
