| 从建筑节能、制冷设备节能、运行节能和管理节能等4个方面对冷库的节能技术及措施进行了介绍.在建筑节能方面,主要阐述了隔热材料和厚度的选择、围护结构的防潮和隔汽、安装PVC门帘等节能措施;制冷设备节能主要从压缩机、冷凝器以及蒸发器的选择等方面进行论述;运行节能包括运用蓄冷技术"移峰填谷",适当提高蒸发温度和降低冷凝温度,以及严格设置通风换气时间;管理节能从设置蒸发器除霜、冷凝器管壁上水垢清理周期、定期放油和不凝性气体等方面进行论述.认为冷库制冷剂的选择以及微型冷库在国情和农产品发展方面有着不可替代的节能潜力. |

| The energy-saving technology and measures for freezer of the building, the refrigeration equipment, the operation, and the management were introduced in this paper.The building energy-saving technologies include the selection and thickness of thermal insulation material, the moisture and vapor proof of building envelope, and the installation of the PVC door curtain.Refrigeration equipment energy-saving mainly focuses on the selection of compressor, condenser, and evaporator.The contents of the operation energy-saving are the "peak load shifting" technology by means of cool storage, the appropriate increasing of evaporating temperature and the reduction of condensing temperature, and the precise setting ventilation time.The management energy-saving consists of the set up of the evaporator defrosting, the clearing period of the incrustation on condenser tube, the emission of oil and non-condensable gas at regular intervals.Also, the refrigerant selection of the freezer and the irreplaceable energy-saving potential of the mini freezer in the development of national conditions and agricultural products are discussed. |
