| 干式低NOx燃烧技术(DLN)能降低燃气轮机NOx排放.燃烧稳定性监测是进行干式低NOx燃烧调整的基础,而燃烧压力脉动则是反映燃烧稳定性的重要参数.研制了适用于GE公司9F型燃机的多通道燃烧动态压力监测系统,包括动态压力传感器、数据采集卡以及分析软件.现场试验显示,该系统能在线采集燃机燃烧室内多通道的压力脉动,与电厂安装的便携式动态压力监测系统(CDMS)数据进行对比,两者都在频率94、138、217、302 Hz附近存在峰值.该系统为9F型燃机进行DLN燃烧调整提供了真实、可靠的数据支持. |

| Dry-type low NOx technology (DLN) can reduce the NOx emission for gas turbine. Combustion stability monitoring is the basis for DLN combustion adjustment, while combustion dynamic pressure is an important parameter reflecting the combustion stability. In this work, dynamic pressure monitoring system for multichannel combustion has been developed, including dynamic pressure sensors, data acquisition card, and analysis software. The on-site experiments show that the system can collect the on-line dynamic pressure data. In comparison with CDMS, the frequency of peak value can be attained using both monitoring systems, which is around 94, 138, 217 and 302 Hz. By means of on-line measurement system in 9F gas turbine, it can provide the true and reliable data for DLN combustion adjustment. |
