| 在静态常温空气中的4种不同工况下对一款带有鳍片式散热器的LED进行了热学测试,对所得结果进行了对比分析,得到了LED功率与其底盘焊点温度之间的关系.在SolidWorks软件中建立了带有相同散热器的9颗LED灯具模型,借助热学仿真软件Flow Simulation用有限元法对其进行分析计算,由结果可知:中心LED温度最高,为64.31℃,周围8颗LED温度几乎相同,其平均温度为62.7℃,并推测了影响两者温差大小的因素. |

| The temperature of LED with fin type heat sink was tested under 4 different working conditions in free air.The relationship between LED power and the solder temperature is acquired after test result analysis.The model of 9 LEDs with the same heat sink was set up in SolidWorks,and it was solved in Flow Simulation which is a software for thermal simulation.The center LED has the highest temperature with a value of 64.31 ℃.The temperatures of the other 8 LEDs around are nearly the same,and their average temperature is 62.7 ℃.The reason of the temperature difference is analyzed. |
