| 风扇磨煤机是火力发电厂燃用褐煤锅炉机组直吹式制粉系统的主体设备，也适用于化工、造纸厂的动力锅炉制粉需要.它是一种完成煤的磨碎、干燥和输送等三大功能合一的高效率制粉设备.风扇磨煤机主要是由带有护板的机壳和在机壳中高速旋转的打击轮组成.打击轮的检修、拆卸由专门的装置即风扇磨煤机检修车独立完成，打击轮可以方便地拆卸和检修.分析了配备风扇磨煤机直吹式制粉系统的大型火力发电厂中磨煤机检修方式及磨煤机检修中的注意事项. |

| Fan mill is the main equipment used for direct blowing pulverizing system of lignite burning boiler unit in thermal power plant,and it is also applicable to the requirements of dynamical boiler pulverizing system for chemical industry or paper making.It is a high efficiency pulverizing equipment with the functions of completing grinding,drying and conveying simultaneously.Fan mill consists of enclosure and high speed beater wheels.Installation and disassembly of beater wheel shall be accomplished independently by special overhaul trolly,in this way it is easy to disassemble and install the beater wheel.The analysis is about maintenance and caution of direct-fired fan mill pulverizing system in large coal fired power plant. |
