| 持久性有机污染物对环境的危害愈来愈受到社会各界的广泛关注,其中二噁英类物质尤其被重视.随着对二噁英类物质研究的深入,其检测方法也得到了不断改进.在分析环境中二噁英类化合物主要来源以及其环境危害性的基础上,提出定量和定性检测二噁英类化合物的必要性,同时对目前国内外环境中二噁英类化合物检测方法的优劣进行了分析与比较,探讨了二噁英类化合物检测方法的发展趋势.随着激光技术和电子技术等其它领域相关技术的引入,二噁英类化合物的定性和定量检测将更为准确迅速. |

| Among the persistent organic pollutants,dioxins and dioxin-like substances have attracted extensive attention for their adverse effects on the environment.With the advancement of research on dioxins,more and more analysis methods have been developed.This paper introduces the sources,toxicity and analytical methods of dioxin,and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of different techniques.Lastly,the development trend on dioxin detection and analytic technique is pointed out. |
