| 在借鉴环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC)的基础上,利用云南省1980—2010年的数据,通过分析能源消费碳排放强度与工业化的关系,建立了工业化进程与能源消费碳排放强度函数关系模型.结果表明:云南省的工业化与能源消费碳排放强度之间呈现倒N型关系,即随着工业化进程的推进,能源消费碳排放强度先下降后上升再下降;目前云南省已跨过第二个拐点,处于下降阶段.通过对2015年的能源消费碳排放强度预测发现,按照目前的工业化增长速度虽然可完成下降目标,但仍不可放松节能减排的步伐. |

| On the basis of learning the Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC),a model for the functional relationship between energy consumption carbon intensity and the industrialization process was established by analyzing the relationship between them and using the data of Yunnan Province from 1980 to 2010.The results showed that an inverted N-shaped relationship is presented between the industrialization process and energy consumption carbon intensity of Yunnan Province.With the advancement of the industrialization process,the carbon intensity will firstly decrease and then rise,and decrease again.At present,the carbon intensity in Yunnan Province has crossed the second inflection point and is in the downward phase.By predicting the carbon intensity in the year 2015,we found that although the target for carbon intensity decrease can be achieved,we should further strengthen energy conservation and emission reduction. |
