| 采用热重分析仪研究了荒煤气中焦油结焦过程,并分析了结焦反应发生的温度与速度.在此基础上,选择氮气作为传热工质,设计了两种不同结构的上升管余热回收装置.经传热分析与模拟计算,选择了采用螺旋夹套式结构的上升管余热回收方案.在昆钢焦化厂4.3 m焦炉上进行了上升管荒煤气余热回收系统与装置的运行试验.试验结果与理论计算结果较为吻合,无结焦现象发生,证明了该装置的可靠性与实用性.研究为上升管荒煤气大规模余热回收利用打下了基础. |

| The gas coking process was researched by the thermo gravimetric analyzer,and the coking reaction temperature and speed were also analyzed.On this basis,selecting nitrogen as the working substance,two ascension pipe waste heat recovery installations of different structures were designed.According to heat transfer analysis and simulation,the spiral jacketed-type structure was selected as the scheme of ascension pipe waste heat recovery.Tests of this system and installation were carried out in Kunming Iron & Steel Hold Co., Ltd..The test results were in good agreement with the data from theoretical calculations and no coking phenomenon appeared.The reliability and practicability of the installation was therefore verified and this work has laid a good foundation for the coke-oven raw gas heat recovery and application on a large scale. |
