      在不同的加热温度、保温时间、粒度提质条件下,对内蒙古锡林浩特褐煤进行低温干燥,研究了提质后褐煤的表观性质,分析了提质前后褐煤的水分、挥发分、发热量的变化,得出各提质条件对褐煤表观性质的影响从大到小依次为煤样粒度、加热温度、保温时间.综合考虑提质条件对褐煤表观性质的影响、提质后所需褐煤的水分和挥发分要求以及现有的试验设备和试验条件等因素考虑,最终确定褐煤干燥提质的条件为:煤样粒度6 mm,加热温度200 ℃,保温时间20 min.
英文摘要:
      Under different quality-improving conditions,i.e.the heating temperature,the heat retaining time and the particle size,low-temperature drying of lignite samples from Xilinhot,Inner Mongolia,was carried out,and the surface characteristics of lignite of the improved quality were investigated in this paper.Variations of moisture and volatile contents,and heat value of the lignite samples before and after quality improvements were analyzed.It was concluded that the particle size has the greatest impact on the lignite surface characteristics and the heat-retaining time has the smallest impact.According to a comprehensive consideration for the impacts of quality improving conditions on the lignite surface characteristics,the required moisture and volatile contents of quality improved lignite,and existing experimental devices and experimental conditions,the conditions for lignite quality improvement by drying were finally determined as follows:the particle size is 6 mm,the heating temperature is 200 ℃ and,the heat retaining time is 20 min.
