      随着发电机组容量的增大和电厂用煤煤质的变差,对省煤器性能提出了更高的要求,不同型式的翅片管省煤器不断得到锅炉制造商和运行单位的重视,尤其是H形翅片管省煤器具有优良的换热、防磨损性能和良好的不积灰性能,能够满足大容量机组的需求,被广泛地应用于600 MW及以上超临界和超超临界锅炉.回顾了国内外翅片管省煤器的发展过程,在分析H形翅片管省煤器特点的基础上,对影响H形翅片管换热性能的主要影响因素进行了分析.

      With the increase of generator unit capacity and decreasing of coal quality in the power plant,higher requirements have been raised for economizer performance.Different types of finned tube economizer,especially the H-shaped device,constantly attract the attention of boiler manufactures and companies.The H-shaped finned tube economizer has excellent performance of heat transfer,anti wear and minimizing ash deposits.It can meet the requirement of large-capacity units and has been widely applied to supercritical and ultra-supercritical boilers of 600 MW and upwards.In this paper,the development of the finned tube economizer at home and abroad was reviewed.Based on the discussion on the features of the H shaped finned tube economizer,the main factors influencing the heat transfer performance of H-shaped finned tubes were analyzed.
