| 通过对2005~2010年昆明市能源消费及国民经济统计指标分析，得出各年单位GDP能耗及能耗水平变动情况，在此基础上利用结构分解法对2005~2010年影响昆明市能耗变动的主要因素进行分析。2005年以来昆明市能耗下降得益于三次产业能源利用效率提高，但第二产业比重的回升阻碍了能耗的进一步下降。“十二五”期间，昆明市亟需优化产业结构、调整能源结构、提升能源利用效率，才能完成单位GDP能耗下降目标。 |

| An analysis of energy consumption and statistical economic indicators of Kunming City during 2005 to 2010 was carried out in this paper, and the yearly unit GDP energy consumption and changes of energy level were obtained. On that basis, the major factors of energy consumption changes in Kunming during 2005 to 2010 were investigated by a structure decomposition method. Results showed that the decrease in energy consumption of Kunming City since 2005 has benefited from the increase in energy efficiency of the three industries. However, the recovery of the proportion of the secondary industry has impeded further decrease in energy consumption. In order to decrease unit GDP energy consumption of Kunming City, it requires in the “12th Five -Year Plan” period to complete the important tasks, such as optimizing the industrial structure, readjusting the energy structure, and improving energy efficiency. |
