| 由于汽水管道内运行工质的参数变化及热力系统的复杂化程度的提高,致使电厂的部分管道发生严重的振动,威胁电力生产安全运行。分析了电厂汽水管道系统振动的危害和主要成因,并通过对电厂汽水管道系统微振动方程的分析研究,得出要改变管系的振动特性,可以从改变激振力、阻尼、刚度等方面考虑的结论。以某电厂一期600 MW机组主给水管道振动治理为例,提出了相应的消除管道振动的有效措施,为现役电厂的消振及新建电厂的设计在减小管系振动影响方面提供了一定参考。 |

| Parameter variations of working substance in steam-water pipes and the increase in complexity of thermodynamic system may result in strenuous vibration of some pipes and endanger the safe operation of the power plant. In this paper, main reasons and harmful consequences of power plant steam-water pipe vibration were analyzed. Based on an analysis of the micro-vibration equation for the power plant steam-water pipe system, it was concluded that the vibration characteristics of the pipe system can be changed by changing the exciting force, damping and stiffness. Take the case of vibration control of the 600 MW power unit feedwater pipe, effective measures for pipe vibration control were proposed, which provide reference for vibration control at existing power plants and for reducing pipe vibration in power plant design. |
