      针对厦门某洗涤中心蒸汽系统工程实例,介绍了系统原理和工程概况,说明了蒸汽动力系统、凝结水回收系统和疏水阀选择等系统工艺设计的主要内容和方法。该系统充分回收利用凝结水,从而大大降低了系统能耗,对其进行了技术经济分析。计算结果表明,此项节能方案每年可节约用水4 255 t、节约标准煤42 t,凝结水回收系统初投资可于两年内收回。可见,该系统的凝结水回收方案具有较好的节能效果和经济效益。
英文摘要:
      Based on the engineering practice of a laundry centre in Xiamen, the principle and main components of the steam system were introduced in this paper, and main design contents and methods of system design were illustrated, such as design of the steam power system and condensate-recovery system, and selection of traps, etc. The system fully recovered condensation water and therefore reduced greatly the system energy consumption. A techno-economics analysis of the system was carried out. Results of the analysis showed that 4 255 tons of water and 42 tons of standard coal could be saved annually. And the initial costs of the condensate recovery system could be paid back in about two years. Therefore, the condensate recovery scheme for the system has significant energy-saving effects and economic interests.
