      绿色建筑是指在建筑的全寿命周期内,最大限度地节约资源,包括节能、节地、节水、节材、保护环境和减少污染,为人们提供健康、适用和高效的使用空间,与自然和谐共存的建筑。基于可持续发展指导原则,许多国家都编制了可用于指导绿色建筑的原则和适宜标准。在简述中美绿色建筑评价标准的基础上,分析我国绿色建筑评价标准和美国LEED-NC标准中覆盖节约水资源方面采取的措施和评价方法,比较该两个标准的相似及差异之处,提出适宜于我国绿色建筑的节水评价标准,为在我国推广和发展绿色建筑提供支持。
英文摘要:
      Green buildings are those buildings which can, during its life cycle, save resources such as energy, land, water and materials to the maximum extent. They are environment-friendly, help to reduce pollutant emissions, provide healthy, suitable and high-performance spaces for people to use, and coexist in harmony with nature. In order to guide green building development, many countries have developed guiding principles and appropriate standards for green buildings. Based on a brief introduction to U.S. and China evaluation standards for green buildings, a comparative analysis of water efficiency for China green building rating systems and U.S. LEED was carried out in this paper. Moreover, appropriate standards for China green-building water efficiency were suggested to support green building development in China.
