| 随着经济的快速发展,供热市场潜力巨大,且多以稳定的生产工艺热负荷为主。但电厂与热用户之间的距离相对较远,国家现行的供热相关标准已经不能满足工业快速发展的现状,所以迫切需要解决长距离供热问题。通过数值计算得到管道内部蒸汽流动时压力和温度随长度的变化关系,然后利用计算机编程计算出机组在不同抽汽参数和输送管径下的供热距离并进行分析,得出蒸汽供热距离随供汽参数、流量、管径及保温等因素的变化规律。为电厂采用蒸汽长距离供热方式提供了技术参考。 |

| Along with the rapid development of economy, the market potential of heat supply is huge and is focused on steady process-heating loads. However, the distances between thermal power plants and heat consuming installations are relatively long, and the relevant national standards for heat supply can no longer satisfy the present situation of rapid industrial development. It is thus an urgent need to solve the long-distance heating problem. In this paper, the pressure and temperature dependence of steam flowing in a pipe on pipe length was obtained by a numerical simulation. Calculations of the heat supply distance were carried out at different extraction steam parameters and different pipe diameters. The dependence of the steam heat supply distance on the steam supply parameters, such as flow rate, pipe diameter, and thermal insulations, etc. was obtained by calculation, which provides technical reference for adopting long-distance heat supply by steam from power plants. |
