| 考虑到污泥处理的紧迫性和复杂性，结合工程的经济性原则，重点介绍了无害化处理城市污泥的系统方案——污泥干化焚烧。该系统采用空心桨叶污泥干燥机对污泥进行干燥、循环流化床炉对污泥进行焚烧，再利用余热锅炉吸收烟气热能产生蒸汽用于污泥干燥机对污泥进行干燥，实现了整个废弃物能源利用的最大化，降低了系统整体的运行费用。经过处理后的污泥灰渣采用外运填埋，彻底实现污泥处理的无害化、减量化、资源化目的。 |

| The disposal of municipal sewage sludge has become a pressing and complex problem for cities. In this paper, the drying and incinerating system for harmless disposal of municipal sewage sludge was introduced in detail combined with the principle of economy in engineering. The system uses a hollow paddle sludge dryer to dry the sludge, and a CFB boiler is used to incinerate the sludge. The waste heat boiler absorbs heat in the flue gas to generate steam which is used for sludge drying. The energy utilization of waste is thus optimized, and the operating costs of overall system is reduced. The incineration ash can be treated by landfilling, and the recycling, reuse and reduction of sewage sludge will be realized. |
