| 介绍了环鄱阳湖区域地理及资源环境特点，围绕鄱阳湖生态经济区丰富的新能源资源(风能、生物质能等)，明显的行业优势(已形成南昌、新余为中心的能源产业基地)，立足低碳经济，以风能与生物质能等新能源的开发为宗旨，结合高等教育在新能源领域所具有的较强人才优势和新能源发电技术专业的现状与特点，指出鄱阳湖生态经济区建设离不开新能源产业的开发，两者可以齐头并进，为鄱阳湖生态经济区建设提供一些策略和思考。 |

| In this paper, the distinguishing features of geography, resources and environment in Poyang Lake Ring Zone were introduced. The Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone is abundant in new energy resources (wind and biomass, etc). An industrial base of energy centering around Nanchang and Xinyu has been formed with the advantage of industrial convergence. The development of low-carbon economy and wind, biomass and other new energy is the development direction of the ecological economic zone. It was suggested in this paper that the construction of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone should keep pace with the development of the new energy industry. |
