| 利用天然沸石和泥炭作为原材料,水泥作为粘结剂,成功研制了具有抗压和抗拉强度的一种新型环保合成材料。实验结果表明:天然沸石、泥炭、水泥三者质量比为7:1:4时,合成材料的抗压强度高于混凝土实心砖等级标准中的最低等级MU15,抗拉强度高于混凝土结构设计规范标准中的最低等级C15,耐水性良好,对氨氮和总磷的去除效果好,且遵循准二级动力学模型、Langmuir和Freundlich吸附等温模型。 |

| In this paper, a novel environment-friendly synthetic material made from natural zeolite, peat and cement as raw materials was investigated experimentally. When the mass ratio of natural zeolite, peat and cement is 7:1:4, the compressive strength of the synthetic material is higher than the value of solid concrete bricks of national standards with the lowest level of MU15. Meanwhile, the tensile strength is higher than the value of the concrete in the code for concrete structure design with the lowest level of C15. The experimental results showed that the synthetic material is water-resistant and it manifests effective ammonium nitrogen and phosphorus removal capacities. The adsorption behavior of the synthetic material fits well in the pseudo second dynamic model, the Langmuir model, and the Freundlich model. |
