      简述了大型汽轮发电机定子线圈并联环的几种冷却形式。通过对目前国内电网投运机组中应用广泛的水内冷并联环的冷却回路介绍,针对水内冷并联环进行故障分析,并对典型案例机组发电机定子线圈各种工况条件进行模拟试验分析,寻找产生问题原因,重新定义并联环及连接管路的设计规范,提出防范和改进措施,以提高发电机运行的安全可靠性。

      Cooling forms for stator coil parallel rings of large-capacity turbine generators were briefly introduced in this paper. Through an introduction to inner water-cooled parallel rings' cooling circuits which are now widely used in domestic power station units, problems of inner water-cooled parallel rings were analyzed first and simulation experiments of typical unit generator stator coils under various working conditions were then conducted to validate the analysis as well as to find the cause of problems. In addition, the design standards of parallel rings and pipeline connections were redefined, and effective measures to improve the safety and reliability of the generator operations were proposed.
