      阐述了循环经济模式下餐厨垃圾资源化处理的理念,分析了餐厨垃圾资源化处理现状。在国内现有研究基础上确定了餐厨垃圾的近似分子式,计算了餐厨垃圾完全发酵后的理论产气量,对餐厨垃圾制沼资源化的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益进行了资源评价。研究结果表明,如将3 000 kg·d-1餐厨垃圾完全发酵,甲烷的理论产气量为1 230 m3·d-1,每年相当于节约标准煤782 t,实现CO2减排2 080 t、SO2减排为23 t,每年可产生50多万元的经济效益。

      The idea of kitchen-waste recycling under circular economy mode was expounded in this paper, and the current situation of the kitchen-waste recycling was analyzed. Based on the results of domestic studies, the approximate chemical constitution of kitchen waste was determined and the theoretical gas-production rate was calculated. In addition, the economic, social and environmental benefits of kitchen waste recycling for making biogas manure were evaluated. Research results show that 3 000 kg·d-1 kitchen waste completely fermented can theoretically produce 1 230 kg·d-1 methane which is equivalent to standard coal of 782 t every year. Economic benefits of more than 50 million yuan can be produced every year with a CO2 emission reduction of 2 080 t and a SO2 emission reduction of 23 t.
