| 工业生产“先污染后治理”的模式对环境将造成不可挽回的破坏，依靠改进生产工艺、加强管理开展企业清洁生产工作具有良好的经济、社会和环境效益。通过清洁生产工作的实践，介绍了开展企业的清洁生产工作管理与实施的一般步骤和规律，同时对于制造型企业部分关键耗能设备包括风机、工业锅炉等提出了技术改进方案，具有一定的通用性。企业只有从科学发展观出发，加强管理与改进技术并重推进企业的清洁生产工作，才能真正实现企业“节能、降耗、减污、增效”的目标。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| The industrial production pattern of “treatment after pollution” will cause irreparable damage to the environment. Clean production by improving management and manufacturing techniques simultaneously will bring good economic, social and environmental benefits to the enterprises. In this paper, general steps for management and implementation in cleaner production were introduced. Meanwhile, schemes for technical improvement of key energy-consuming equipment such as fans, industrial boilers etc. were suggested for manufacturing enterprises. Only by adhering to “Scientific Outlook on Development” and promoting clean production by improving management and manufacturing techniques simultaneously can the enterprises truly realize the plan for energy conservation, pollution reduction and increasing efficiency. |
