| 煤的水分是煤在开采、运输、储存、洗选和使用过程中最容易改变的参数,也是对锅炉燃烧的安全和经济性影响最大的因素之一。对于大多数火力发电厂而言,锅炉入炉煤煤质分析一般都滞后于锅炉运行,对入炉煤水分的实时监测是长期以来锅炉设计、制造特别是运行人员所期盼的。以磨煤机热平衡机理为依据,对入炉煤的水分的软测量方法加以分析和讨论,借助软件工具实现了这一计算方法并在多家发电厂进行了现场检验。 |

| The water content of coal is a parameter which is most likely to change in mining,transportation,storage,preparation and use.It is also one of the most important factors influencing boiler combustion.The boiler design,manufacturing,especially operating personnel have expected for a long time that the water content real-time monitoring for coal into the furnace can be implemented.In this paper,an analysis of the soft-sensor technique for coal water-content measurement was carried out,and this method was implemented by software tools and tested at several power plants.The water content real-time monitoring system can be used as a module for the distributed control system,or as a part of the system for ultimate analysis of coal. |
