| 在全球面临水危机的严峻形势下,雨水资源化利用对缓解水资源短缺和维持可持续发展起着重要作用。沿着人类漫长的发展历史,阐述了国内外古代和近代的雨水利用,重点分析了现代国内外雨水的资源化利用,以及相应的法律法规和政策措施。最后根据我国雨水利用的现状,提出了我国目前应大力推进雨水资源化利用的一些建议,为缓解水资源危机和减少污染排放提供了科学依据。 |

| Facing with the global water crisis,rainwater utilization plays an important role in relieving water shortage and keeping sustainable development.In this paper,the rainwater utilization,in ancient time and neoteric time respectively,was discussed with the development of human being.Utilization of rainwater resources in modern times was analyzed in detail.The laws,policy and measures about utilization of rainwater resources were also construed.In addition,some suggestions on promoting utilization of rainwater resources energetically were proposed to provide substantial scientific basis for deferring water crisis and reducing the discharge of pollutants. |
