      为了提高再生润滑油的质量,为润滑油的再生提供新的方法,提出了用膜法处理废润滑油的新思路。分析表明采用无机超滤膜可以有效地去除废润滑油中的超细颗粒物质和胶体物质。根据相关实验数据,设计了两种可能的处理工艺;并依据润滑油和无机膜的特点,提出采用升高温度来降低润滑油的黏度,提高膜通量的方法。

      Regeneration of used lube oil is of great benefit to the modem society, great economy and green environment. In fact, with existing techniques, the quality of the renewed lube oil usually can not be ideally suited to all different kinds of usage, which limits its wide application and rapid development. In order to improve the quality of renewed lube, a new method is brought forward in this paper. According to the compositions of used lube along with the characteristics of newly developed membrane techniques, the ultra-filtration with inorganic membranes is proved to be an effective way to strain particulates and colloids out of the used lube. Depending on the experimental data, two possible disposal processes are designed. It is concluded that increasing the temperature is an effective way to decrease the viscidity and improve the permeation of the renewed lube.
