      云南作为生物资源大省,在生物能源开发中具有明显的比较优势。目前,国内外技术比较成熟且产业化程度较高的生物能源是燃料乙醇和生物柴油。结合云南生物资源现状,开发以甘蔗为原料的燃料乙醇不但前景广阔,而且可以形成一条生态循环产业链;此外,云南应抓住生物柴油产业在我国尚处起步阶段的契机,尽早谋划并予以落实,力争将其建设成云南的又一支柱产业。
英文摘要:
      Yunnan Province has obvious advantage in biological energy development with rich biological energy resources. To date, technologies for producing fuel ethanol and diesel oil from biomass have been well developed, and both fuels can be produced in industrial scale. In the light of the status quo of biological energy resources in Yunnan Province, development of fuel ethanol with sugarcane as raw material seems very promising, and an ecological and recycling industrial chain can shape up as well. In addition, the bio-diesel industry is still in its beginning stages in China. Yunnan Province should seize this chance to work out the relevant plan for bio-diesel development and develop it into one of the pillar industries.
