| Based on an analysis of heat transfer characteristics of heating surfaces in heat recovery steam generators, the importance of spirally finned-tube banks applied in heat recovery steam generators was proposed. On the basis of the analysis for characteristics of structure and heat transfer of spirally finned-tube banks, and according to the practical operation of spirally finned-tube banks in utility boilers, the problems existed in the design of spirally finned-tube banks in utility boilers and heat recovery steam generators are pointed out. |
