| 能源短缺已成为社会经济发展的巨大瓶颈。在阐述能源强度及其影响因素的基础上,对上海能源强度变化的特征及三次产业结构变化对能源消费强度的影响作出进一步分析,认为上海市产业结构变化与能源利用效率的提高是促使能源强度下降的两大主要因素,但后者的影响更大,尤其是第二产业能源强度下降是导致综合能源强度下降的主要动力;但第三产业的发展又在不断提高能源强度。针对上述情况,提出了应对措施。 |

| Energy shortage has become the greatest bottle-neck arresting the development of economy. On the basis of an analysis of the energy intensity, changes of the energy intensity and the effect of change of the industrial structure on the energy intensity in Shanghai were studied in this paper. It was concluded that the development of industrial structure and increasing efficiency of energy utilization were two major factors which impelled the energy intensity to decrease. The decrease of energy intensity for the secondary industry predominantly led the fall of whole energy intensity, while the development of the tertiary industry increased the energy intensity continuously. Finally, some suggestions for decreasing the energy intensity were offered. |
