| 我国造纸行业广泛采用草类制浆造纸，生产过程中会产生大量麦草废弃物，既污染环境，又易引发火灾。在分析麦草造纸行业废弃物的燃料性质和燃烧机理的基础上，设计了麦草废弃物的焚烧系统，并提出了其进料系统、燃烧设备、受热面及烟气处理系统等设计中应采取的措施。该焚烧处理系统的运行具有显著的环保和经济效益。 |

| Straws are widely utilized in paper mills in China. During the production, a lot of straw residues are produced, which will result in environmental pollution and be fire-hazardous. Based on an analysis of fuel characteristics and combustion mechanisms of straw residues from paper mills, a burning system for straw residues was designed, and technical measures that must be taken in the design of residues feeding system, burning equipment, heating surfaces and flue gas cleaning system were proposed. The operation of the burning system will be quite beneficial to environmental protection and economy. |
