| 根据化纤厂暖通空调系统是企业能耗大户的特点，对热力系统冷凝水回收利用与采暖耗能、冷冻系统制冷机组本身性能优化及工艺运行调节、冷冻水和冷却水系统的水质控制及循环冷却塔的性能优化、空调系统过渡季节节能等方面进行分析，总结出耗能原因，并提出相应的节能措施。 |

| The HVAC(Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning) system is one of the major energy consumers in a chemical fiber plant.Following problems were therefore analyzed in this paper:(1) recycling of condensed water and energy consumption for heating;(2) performance optimization of the refrigerator and its regulation;(3) control of water quality for cold water and cooling water systems and performance optimization of the cooling tower;(4) energy saving of the air conditioning system in the transition period between two seasons.Based on the analysis,reasons for high energy consumption were found out,and suggestions for energy saving were offered. |
