| 叙述了我国当前能源及电力的紧缺情况；指出尤其是近年来夏季电力高峰时空调用电的严峻局面；介绍了最近我国颁发的三个国家标准中有关空调产品的能源效率等级指标及一个法规《能源效率标识管理办法》。实施这些标准与法规对我国当前空调节能具有强力的、积极的意义。 |

| This paper points out the present situation of energy and electric power shortages in China, especially the astonishing electric power consumption of air-conditioning in peak load period of summer. Introduced were three national standards pertinent to energy efficiency level index of air-conditioning products and a code, Method of Management for China Efficiency Label, which were published recently. To carry out the standards and code is of great importance to energy saving of air-conditioning at present. |
