| 阐述了植物油酯化制备润滑油基础油的意义以及植物油(菜籽油)酯化反应的过程和机理。从润滑油基础油的角度，考察了菜籽油酯化产品的主要理化指标，并分析了酯化产品与传统润滑油基础油混合后的运动粘度和凝点这两个理化指标。初步论证了菜籽油酯化作为润滑油基础油是具有应用研究价值的，并指出了今后的研究方向。 |

| In this paper, the significance of producing lubricant base by rape-oil esterification is expounded, as well as the processes and mechanisms of esterification reactions. From the point of view of lubricant base, the main physical properties of esterification products from rape oil are discussed. The kinematic viscosity and solidification temperature of the mixtures of esterification products and conventional lubricant base are analyzed. It is concluded from this tentative study that producing lubricant base by rape-oil esterification is a valuable subject for further research and application. |
